What is processed and why
Server logs
Our hosting provider, Vercel, automatically collects standard server logs (including IP addresses, browser type, referring URL, and request timestamps) as a routine part of operating any web service. The specifics of this collection are governed by Vercel's privacy policy. Under GDPR the legal basis for this processing is legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)): the security and technical operation of the site.
Email correspondence
If you choose to contact us by email, we process your email address and message content solely to respond. Your contact details are used for no other purpose. The legal basis is legitimate interests / fulfilment of your request.
Data sharing and transfers
Personal data is shared with no third parties beyond Vercel, which acts as the hosting processor. Vercel processes data in accordance with its own privacy policy and applicable law. No data is sold to or shared with advertisers or data brokers. International transfers are limited to those inherent in Vercel's infrastructure.
Retention
We hold no persistent user database. Email correspondence is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to handle the relevant enquiry. Server log retention is controlled by Vercel per its own policies.
